The Digital Strategy & Performance unit is responsible for strategy formulation, analysis, and evaluation of business opportunities, planning and evaluating execution, ensuring value creation in line with the companies vision and the group's agenda.

Description
* The role comprises working on specific projects or assignments to address gaps and opportunities, perform rigorous financial, business case, statistical and other quantitative analyses.
* The responsibilities also include analyzing research results and manage portions of projects.
* Participate in team management meetings and activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings.
* Conduct in-depth research on digital banking trends and studies.
* Collect relevant data and across the various units, identify and analyze growth opportunities, align with overall bank strategy and plans.
* Design staff engagement contests, team building and self-learning activities to keep the teams engaged.
* Manage internal reward and recognition mechanism to keep the teams motivated.
* Carry out economic research and competitor analyses.
* Identify regional and international business practices.
* Support sourcing of market research to derive customer and market insights.
* Industry awards management.

Requirements
* Minimum of 3-5 years in strategy external or in-house consulting in the financial services industry.
* Exposure to retail banking and wealth management.
* Strong numerate, data analysis and data interpretation skills. Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
* Strong business judgement and superior problem solving abilities, particularly in strategic business and financial analysis.
* Ability to think strategically for the organisation.
* Ability to manage and lead projects independently.
