Job description / Role

This role drives end?to?end digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units in the MEA region, directly advising senior leadership on DX strategy.

You will shape new digital business models, guide investment decisions, and ensure initiatives land with clear measurable value.

* Act as a strategic DX advisor, identifying and framing high?value digital opportunities.
* Lead DX projects from concept to implementation, ensuring strong alignment with BU goals.
* Develop digital?enabled operating models and revenue models across diverse industries.
* Partner closely with cross?functional teams to drive clarity, alignment, and problem?solving.
* Support digital due diligence for new investments, including systems, data, and capability assessment.

* 5+ years in management consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise?scale DX roles.
* Proven experience leading end?to?end digital initiatives with senior stakeholders.
* Strong exposure to emerging tech (AI/ML, cloud, IoT, analytics) and architectural fundamentals.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for non?technical leaders.
* Comfortable working across regions, cultures, and industries with high accountability.
