Description

* Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for asset management, aligning with company goals and identifying opportunities for innovation
* Evaluate and deploy digital tools, such as asset tracking systems and performance monitoring solutions, while ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
* Establish data governance frameworks and use analytics to improve asset performance, risk management, and investment opportunities
* Optimize asset management processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices across teams and departments
* Lead change management initiatives, providing training and support to staff, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with digital solutions

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
* 5-7 years of experience in asset management in real estate or the retail industry, specialising in digital transformation and technology implementation
* Strong understanding of asset management principles, with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
* Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments with a passion for technology and innovation
