Job description / Role
Digital Transformation Strategy Manager role with one of the largest banks in the region. You will be responsible for leading, planning and improving the organisation's products in accordance with strategic and corporate objectives.
As a Digital Transformation Strategy Manager, you will ideally come from a management consulting or banking background. International candidates with mature market experience are encouraged to apply.
Key accountabilities include:
* Plan the digital transformation roadmap and business cases alongside key stakeholders
* Assess the organisation's current product and digital capabilities to undertake a fit-gap analysis
* Prepare material for strategic project planning sessions
* Improve the organisation's KPIs and P&L for main channels through continuous measurement improvements
* Provide and execute recommendations to increase profitability
Requirements
Requirements for the role of Digital Transformation Strategy Manager:
* Strong written and oral communication
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience in the banking sector
* Proven experience within strategy
