Job description / Role
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience in the U.A.E. is mandatory
• Prior experience as a direct sales agent/telesales agent is mandatory
• Experience in promoting/selling banking products focused on credit cards and personal loan
• Excellent communication/convincing and selling skills
• Must be target & self-driven
• Must be a dedicated, hardworking & excellent team player
• Minimum education high school or graduate
• Proven ability to build/sustain relationships with customers
• Sponsored candidates or candidates who can join immediately given higher priority
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelors
• Other certifications obtained: Diploma
• Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 1 year experience in the same field in U.A.E.
• Specialist knowledge: Credit cards, Personal Loans
• Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
