Direct Sales Executive

DELLA is a fast-growing packaging solutions company based in Dubai. We specialize in packaging machinery and materials catered to HORECA (cafés, restaurants, beverage brands, and retail chains across the UAE and GCC.)

We are expanding rapidly and looking for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals to grow with us.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business, manage leads, and drive revenue growth in the UAE market.

This is a target-driven B2B sales role requiring strong communication skills, discipline, and a proactive mindset

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
• UAE market experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Target driven

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Salary + Uncapped Commission
