Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Director – Consultancy / BFSI on behalf of an international consultancy that is a leader in retail banking benchmarking and best practice analysis. This opportunity will give you the chance to make a real difference by working in a small, entrepreneurial environment and playing a significant role in shaping and growing the business across the Middle East. This role has a key remit to develop clients across the Middle East region and then to also supervise the smooth running of key projects to ensure that they are completed to on time and on quality.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with at least 10 years total career experience gained in analytics or strategy roles with relevant industry knowledge in retail & corporate banking. It is essential that you have proven client business development experience and thrive in this area of consultancy. You will have exceptional analytical abilities and insight generation combined with a proven ability to manage, coach and inspire teams. Ideally you will be educated to Masters Degree level and it is essential to have an excellent command of the English language. Travel across the Middle East is required and applications from outside the UAE are welcome.
