Director - Cyber Advisory Services

Job description / Role

The purpose of this job is to lead DarkMatter clients through the certification and accreditation process, primarily using the NIST Risk Management Framework. Ensuring systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and procedures, maintain required IS security documentation including Systems Security Plans (SSP), Information Assurance Standard Operating Procedures.

As Director, Cyber Advisory Services, you will:

- Lead and grow a services line in our ever expanding Business Unit
- Help critical entities on a national scale develop, enhance and mature their cyber security posture
- Provide advisory services and domain expertise to CXOs on large scale cyber security transformational initiatives
- Drive large, complex and challenging regulatory or cyber risk assessment exercises
- Conceptualize, build and drive new service lines to assist our clients
- Build cutting edge cyber security, risk and resilience platform

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

- A consulting mindset with a practitioner's perspective
- A passionate focus on delivering value to the client & enhancing C-SAT scores
- Experience at a senior level with one of the Big 4 accounting / management consulting firms
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: cyber security consulting, security transformation, security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, vulnerability assessments & penetration testing, incidence response etc.
- Domain expertise in managing large-scale information security, enterprise risk management and resilience related initiatives
- Knowledge of CoBIT, FedRAMP, PCI, ISO 27001/2, NIST 800, UAE IA etc.
- Track record of creating intellectual property and thought leadership
- A demonstrated focus on outcomes and impact
- Experience interacting with regulators
- Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM etc. while not a must will certainly be helpful.
- To have built service lines from scratch and driven the growth / maturity of the service line
