Director - Digital Platforms Operations (UAE National)

This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the operational governance, service continuity, and strategic direction of digital platforms post-transition. The role ensures platforms are secure, compliant, and consistently deliver value across the organisation.

Description

* Lead end-to-end operations of digital platforms, post-transition.
* Define and execute operational strategy aligned with transformation goals.
* Govern SLAs, OLAs, and ensure ITSM and security compliance.
* Oversee Maintenance & Operations and Release & Deployment teams.
* Ensure platform readiness, documentation, and secure go-lives.
* Drive automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
* Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination.

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory); additional certifications preferred.
