Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded 5 star hotel in Dubai that is a well renowned food and beverage destination. Our client is looking to hire a Director Food and Beverage to oversee multiple outlets including extensive banqueting.
To be considered for this role you will have been trained or worked preferably both in Europe and the Middle East. You should ideally have progressed in your career to the level of Assistant Director or Director Food and Beverage. You will also have experience in managing a diverse team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in luxury 5 star brands in either Europe or the Middle East. This role requires someone that is up-to-date on all market trends and needs within food and beverage in the region. It is essential you have excellent leadership skills.
As the role is in Dubai, preference will be given to individuals with Dubai experience, particularly in a luxury 5 star location performing a similar role or looking for the next step up in their career.
