Director Food & Beverage - Hotel
Salary: up to AED 17,000 plus accommodation and meals.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our Client is an international hotel brand offering 5 star service in this contemporary establishment
They offer the usual facilities for any seasoned traveler and business professionals.
As part of their expansion, we are seeking a highly talented F&B Director with entrepreneurial spirit and drive to successfully grow their business
Key role, reporting to the Hotel General Manager, is to manage F&B across all departments within the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Improve the F&B revenue, profitability and quality goals.
• Ensure efficient operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience within F&B in a hotel
• At least 2 years experience at Manager level
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills with an entrepreneurial attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential
