Job description / Role
Client is a large Government Organization, in Dubai are currently looking for an experienced Director to join their team.
The overall purpose will be to oversee the development, implementation and sustainability of the companies' innovation strategy and ensure that this is done on time and efficiently.
The suitable candidate will supervise the preparation, development and sustainability of knowledge management strategy and prepare policies, manuals and processes that support it.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or management of a certified University degree is preferred.
• 12 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred certification ISO 9001 EFQM and specialist and Six Sigma and business process management.
• Highly analytical thinking, and show a talent for identifying and examining multiple business processes, improved and simplified.
