Description
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Lead organisational development initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Define long-term talent strategies, including succession planning and building talent pipelines.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on OD and talent management programmes.
* Evaluate and enhance policies related to talent management and career progression.
* Monitor and report on key talent metrics for continuous improvement.
* Oversee employee engagement programmes and gender equality initiatives.
* Benchmark best practices and update processes to maintain competitive standards.
* Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Provide coaching and guidance to HR teams and business leaders.

Requirements:
A successful Associate Director - OD & TM should have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Development, or related field.
* Professional certifications in OD, Talent Management, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD preferred.
* 8-10 years of experience in talent management and organisational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
* Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.
