The Director Of Digital Content and Gamified Learning will direct a high performing team charged with developing and delivering digital content based learning strategies. They will oversee the design, development and delivery of cutting edge learning solutions and state of the art digitally delivered content for K-12 students.

Description
- Direct the overall strategy for learning across all subjects and all grades and hold fast to the vision of the project to revolutionise education through well delivered and tailored digital content
- Ideate and implement digital content strategies in English for students who are learning in English as a second language.
- In collaboration with partners, develop engaging and exciting learning content to help students achieve agreed learning objectives.
- Establish and nurture a strong network of contract resources to partner with the project
- Promote innovation, collaboration and experimentation and position the project as the thought leader in education.
- Ensure all digital delivery hardware and software is fit for purpose and maintain a strong dialogue with the tech development team.

Requirements

* ARABIC SPEAKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE*

- Minimum of 10 years experience in education strategy preferably with a recent focus on technology led education
- Proven track record in managing a syllabus for K-12 including curriculum standards and assessments
- Advanced knowledge of best practice and emerging new methods in delivering English as second language, science and Maths
- Previous experience implementing a new learning management system
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to be a thought leader in the space.
