Job description / Role
NTS Group are exclusively working alongside a leading retail and hospitality group in Dubai to recruit a Director of Digital Platforms. Reporting into the Group Director of Marketing, this role exists to develop and enhance digital technologies, website platforms and apps for the Group and its brands, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy.
The overall responsibility includes the development of websites, apps and digital platforms as well as content and optimisation under the direction of the Group Director of Marketing, with the aim to maximise the online guest experience, driving online sales, bookings and conversions, traffic, as well as foster customer acquisition, engagement, retention and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of progressive Digital Platforms, Content and Optimisation management experience.
- Strong background in management and development of digital platforms, i.e. websites and apps.
- Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and proven track record developing digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in working with SEO and SEM and associated content management.
- Strong background in content management and content optimisation across multiple platforms.
- Ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Expert in digital platforms development.
- Expert in websites and digital apps development.
- Expert in content and SEO and SEM management.
- Expert in project management and a strong eye for detail as well as a strong eye for creative design.
- Expert in analytics and data management.
