Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced Director of Facade Engineering to join a specialist consultancy firm in Dubai, UAE. The role entails the development and directorship of client's facade consultancy division.
The job shall entail the following duties:
- Lead and direct the growth of client's facade consultancy services in the GCC
- Develop business plans and strategies for entering new markets
- Managing and directing the delivery of multiple facade consultancy projects to an exceptional quality level
- Resource management and recruitment in order to build and inspire a team to deliver projects to the highest level.
- Business management and business development activities
- Financial responsibility of the division to ensure profitability
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputed university
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in facade consultancy
- Track record for delivery in the GCC
- Recognised leader in their field
- Experience in business development and resource management activities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
