Position Title: F&B Operations Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A highly respected group in the coffee sector, based in Abu Dhabi, known for it's high quality coffee brands, servicing both retail and luxury outlets across the region
Job Description:
• Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability
• Monitoring of results from Customer Follow-up calls on a timely basis
• Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities like Sales Promotions & Mailings
• Handle all F&B Team inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day
• Coordination with all large group meeting/banquet planners their specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered. This includes proposals, contracts, estimated and actual function statements. With banquet or conferences, the Chef is to be included in food related discussions
• Supervision of daily paper flow including Proposals, and Function Contracts
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• Male, 28 - 38 years old
• At least 5 years of experience in related role from F&B/ Hospitality industry
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
