Director of HR - Hotel - Dubai

Prestigeous Hotel Brand

This is a wonderful opportunity to become a crucial figure in part of a thriving international hotel group.

The HR Director will build strong partnerships across the functional Business Groups and Corporate Services and will effectively leverage existing knowledge, expertise and systems to broker and deliver HR solutions and programs to the business.

Position directs and works with human resource employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Department, including recruitment, total compensation, employee relations, and training and development.

Essential Skills :

Managing day-to-day HR operations

Effective leadership and management of the HR team.

Talent acquisition skills.

Performance Management.

Conducting disciplinary sessions.

Designing and managing manpower, strategic workforce management.

UAE Labour Law

Planning and conducting associate relations activities.

Surveying/designing compensation packages.

Managing Payroll, profuiciency with payroll systems

Leadership Development

Requirements

You need to have a strong understanding and history of working for HR in hotels preferably in a similar hotel brand.

Have the appropriate Degree and Qualifications



* Degree in Business Management / HR Management
* Additional HR Certifications preferred
* 7 years of experience as HR Manager
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospitality
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
