Position Title: Director of Implementation - Remote

Salary: up to 15K USD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A global HR tech and payroll solutions provider driving digital transformation and seamless workforce management worldwide.

Job Description:
-Lead global implementation teams to deliver payroll and SaaS projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.
-Establish and oversee the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring strong governance, quality standards, and risk control.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to improve implementation frameworks and automation processes.
-Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize onboarding, integrations, and end-to-end delivery performance.

-Open to European nationalities, 45 years old and below
-At least 10 years of experience in global payroll, HCM, or SaaS implementation management, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
-Proven success managing multi-country teams and enterprise-level rollouts in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
-Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience in global HR or payroll SaaS companies preferred.

Salary:
USD 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
