Our client is looking for Legal Director with leadership experience to lead their legal affairs team to success.

Description

* Develop policies and systems based on international best practices and oversee their implementation.
* Manage legislation and legal studies, including drafting and reviewing laws and regulations.
* Provide legal advice and opinions to support departmental units in their work.
* Give appropriate directions to correspondence and periodic reports received by the Department from all stakeholders inside and outside the department.
* Direct and supervise investigations into employee conduct and manage correspondence and reports.
* Provide guidance and oversight of all work related to expressing opinion and legal advice.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Law.
* UAE Nationality with Family Book.
* 10-12 years of relevant work experience in legal affairs, preferably in a government or public sector organisation.
* Extensive legal education and training, including a law degree from a reputable university.
* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and make informed decisions based on legal analysis.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
