Position Title: Director of Marketing – 5* Hotel
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 22.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, company discount & priveleges
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
• Design and implement appropriate marketing strategies & structures in order to ensure the effective strategic positioning and viability of the property
• Maintain a strong working relationship with all target media – print & electronic, local, national and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions.
• Handles the production of all printed & marketing collaterals and ensure that all publications, brochures & collaterals of the property meet high professional and quality standards and are in accordance with the company’s visual identity guide.
• Manage property website and maintain up to date information, promotions & packages

• Open to Arabic, CIS & European nationals, 38 years old and below
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Hospitality industry preferably from 5* or luxury hotels, or marketing experience within a hotel group/company
• Strong knowledge of digital, PR, and offline marketing channels, including campaigns, promotions, and partnerships with proven results in marketing strategy, branding, and revenue growth
• Must have excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to drive results across multiple hotel outlets
