Job description / Role
My client a leading Engineering consultancy is seeking a Director of Master planning to join their thriving Dubai office, You must have a impressive background in mega Masterplans and Urban Planning in the Middle East region. This role involves leading and devising master planning and urban design solutions including
* Large developments
* Transport regeneration plans
* Government initiated planning projects
* Public and private infrastructure led projects
Requirements
Experience Required:
* A BSc in Civil Engineering or another relevant discipline
* At least 15 years post graduate experience
* You must have a proven ability to manage large projects and teams.
* You must be commercially aware and have a strong business acumen
* Be confident in representing the company at a high level within networking / meetings and alike
* Competent in the use of standard software packages inc CAD, Civils 3D, Revit and Rhino
