Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a parent company that is developing a boutique lifestyle project in Dubai. Out client is looking to hire a Director of Operations to oversee different branches within the company, such as a residential community, lifestyle club and hospitality ventures.
As Director of Operations, you will work directly for the CEO overseeing the entire business. You will be responsible for the HR, marketing, IT, sales, facilities and full food and beverage teams across the company’s 4 businesses. You will manage an overall team of 80, with 6 heads reporting directly to you.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a flexible and dynamic, young hotelier with a focus on providing a seamless experience whilst detail focused to run the full operations behind the scenes. You should be a Director of Operations, EAM or Hotel Manager, someone with full operational responsibility. Experience in facilities management or boutique properties would be an advantage but not essential. Any operational hotel background or similar will be considered however operations must be the focus.
