Position Title: Director of Operations – Catering
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 50K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
Abu Dhabi based premier hospitality service provider in the UAE.
Job Description:
• Manage the catering operations
• Manager available resources within budget and to achieve sales
• Effective delivery of catering operations and designated services
• Actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth with focus on latest food trends and best practices
• Responsible for HSE compliance within the catering services
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic speakers
• Male, 55 years old and below
• Minimum of 8 years working experience on related roles
• Must have in dept knowledge of catering operations
• Knowledgeable in logistics and staffing management
• Mush hold higher or equivalent role in catering division with proven experience in the UAE
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
