Director of Revenue

- Reviews the pricing strategy established with General Manager.
- Maximizes hotel revenue contribution in all distribution channels.
- Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
- Works with the top line team to determine effective and engaging rate offers (packages) which are then offered in to the right customer in the right channel.
- Sets up the standards of operations in both Revenue and Reservations departments.
- Runs the weekly Revenue Meetings.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in Revenue Management is an asset.
- Plays an active role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan and budgeting processes.
- Strategic thinking combined with the proven ability to move strategy to action are foremost attributes.
- Deep connectivity & system knowledge around TARS, OTA Insight, EzRMS, STR
- Strong presentation and analytical skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints is key to the success of this individual.
