Job Description
The mission?
Are you passionate about numbers and strategic decision-making? As the Director of Revenue Management, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue performance by analyzing market trends, competitor data, and financial insights. Your expertise will help shape strategies that maximize profits, ensuring Mama Shelter Dubai stays at the forefront of the hospitality industry.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Revenue Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute dynamic revenue strategies that optimize all revenue-generating departments, including rooms, F&B, wellness, and events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams to drive integrated, revenue-generating strategies across all touchpoints.
- Pricing & Inventory Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, inventory management, and demand forecasting to maximize room revenue and profitability.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and adjust strategies to remain competitive in the market.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure revenue objectives are met across all departments.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align sales strategies and promotions with overall revenue goals.
- Promotional Campaigns & Packages:
- Lead the creation of promotional campaigns and packages designed to drive peak performance during high-demand periods.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create offers that increase revenue and attract targeted customers.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Continuously monitor revenue performance, adjusting strategies to achieve optimal results.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Technology & Systems Implementation:
- Implement new systems and tools to improve the efficiency of revenue management, from pricing to distribution.
- Foster a culture of innovation by integrating technology that supports data-driven decision-making.
- Data-Driven Culture:
- Promote a data-driven approach across all revenue management activities, ensuring decisions are based on insights and performance metrics.
- Encourage the use of performance data to continuously improve pricing strategies and revenue results.
