Job overview
Our client is looking for a Director of Sales and Business Development to be based in Dubai, UAE.
You will direct and lead all Business Development, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Care department functions and Staffing Solutions business operations. Directs and leads identifying and developing business opportunities for business managed by defining, developing, and negotiating business relationships. Responsible for leading and directing all aspects of Marketing and Brand Positioning across all marketing platforms to maximize the impact and the value of the portfolio of services thereby improving the brand position, brand value, and market position of the company.

The job holder supports the sustainability and growth of the organization through effective client relationship management and service delivery for the achievement of department as well as organization's objectives. In addition, identifying and developing new methodologies in providing excellent service to the clients. Turbulent business environment with tight deadlines and high level of customer satisfaction targets. Sustain and improve the company's market and commercial position within the competitive industry.
Education, skills and experience
- Graduate degree in engineering, preferably with a master's degree in management.
- 20-25 years relevant work experience, with at least 8-10 years in client relations (senior) management role, experience in business development in the region preferably in facility, property, or security areas development or governmental office.
- Exposure to facilities management especially in client and supplier relationship management, contracts management.
- Management skills, planning and organizing skills, business communication, client relationship management skills, business acumen, negotiation skills, pipeline development and management skills.
- Knowledge on pricing, bids management, contracts and agreements is essential.
- Very good communication skills in English; Arabic will be a plus.
