Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an iconic luxury five star hotel in Dubai who are looking to hire a Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team. The busy leisure property offers a unique diverse product to its guests. The DOSM will report directly to the GM and oversee the full sales and marketing function and teams.
Your main responsibilities will be to drive revenue across all areas of the property, with full commercial responsibility. You will support and assist the sales team within leisure, corporate, government and group and event sales. You will be consistently focused on the commercial direction of the overall property supporting the GM to achieve the future vision and goals as set.
Requirements
The successful candidate must currently work as a Director of Sales and Marketing or within a corporate commercial hospitality role with a background in sales and marketing at a property level, with strong five star luxury hotel experience. This role requires a very strong candidate with extensive experience in sales.
Only candidates with recent GCC experience will be considered for this role. The ideal candidate is very commercially driven, self-motivated, an experienced professional with a strong proven track record who is ready for an exciting new opportunity within a unique property for a renowned international hotel group.
