Director of Sales - eGovernment

Job description / Role

For more than 15 years, my client has been the industry leader in designing and delivering productivity and engagement software to help government agencies be their best. My client provides a platform of cloud-based productivity and civic engagement solutions to governments of all sizes worldwide. Today, citizens are savvy to how services should be delivered, and expect a consistently convenient, openly transparent view into their local government.

Client offers a robust, cloud-based platform of solutions that increase engagement, improve efficiency and deliver transparency to strengthen communities. From asset, land and legislative management to licensing, finance, environmental health and more, my client’s software drives efficiency for more than 2,200 governments.

Requirements

- 10+ years’ Regional experience selling into eGovernment space.
- The role will require the candidate to carry extensive experience in Solutions Sales, being able to handle a sales target of 15-20million USD, average deal size being 3-4million USD (license and services 50/50).
- My client will be looking for a candidate will a positive and hardworking attitude and lead a small team focusing mainly on the UAE market.
- The role offers an attractive tax free salary plus a lucrative commission structure and share options.
- English and Arabic speaking is a must.
