A well-established UAE based company with diversified businesses including, Hospitality, Real Estate and Other Investments is looking to hire a Hospitality experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to manage its Sales Department across 2 of its 4 Stars Hotel in Dubai.
The Company currently owns and operates 3 Hotels, 2 in Dubai and 1 located in Abu Dhabi.
As a Director of Sales you are expected to bring an energetic level of enthusiasm, tenacity and focus to our dedicated Sales team.
You should be able to demonstrate a career history of success and growth in all market segments whilst possessing the following:
• Responsible for maintaining and growing our accounts in all market segments
• Responsible for increasing our market share and new business accounts
• Ensure that required Revenue Targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Provide leadership and direction to all sales staff.
• Develop and implement coherent pricing policies and strategies with regards to the hotel in all distribution channels to include: tour operator, corporate account, group and public rate levels.
• Develop and implement operational sales standards and structure to provide a platform for activity, productivity, channel (source) and revenue measurement. This shall include at a minimum; sales reporting, sales calls-quotas and tracking, revenue targets, market segmentation, yield policies and procedures.
• Implement strategic and tactical sales initiatives as required to grow hotel business
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Operations in an Internationally Branded Hotel or Hospitality Company. You are a leader who is naturally hands on, with an on-site management style, good relationship building skills and great references from previous employers as well as employees.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Asst. Director or Director of Sales in a UAE 4* Branded
• You should be holding a Bachelor’s degree, with good command of the English Language
• Presentable, Strong personality, commands respect
• Excellent command of MS Office products including PowerPoint presentation & Hotels Sales information System & Familiarity with OPERA & Sales & Catering Systems
• Experience & Network in Dubai Marina , TECOM & JLT corporate market
• Good track record in acquiring New corporate & other segment accounts
• Excellent understanding of Revenue Management Principles
• Ability to motivate, mentor & guide Sales Executive Staff
