Director of Shopping Centre Management

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading real estate organisation with multiple major retail developments across the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Director of Shopping Centre Management to join their fast-paced business.

As the Director, you will be involved in setting the strategy for the full retail portfolio, including tenant relations, leasing, marketing and facilities management. You will also work closely with the Managing Director with regard to budgets. In addition, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Mall Managers, offering advice to improve the performance of each individual retail asset.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have solid mall management experience and a proven track record of setting and delivering strategies to improve the performance of retail assets. It is essential that you are able to communicate in perfect written and spoken English whilst being a charismatic yet patient individual who can interact with people in an ever changing retail market.
