Director of Talent Acquisition - Middle East
Client is looking for their Director of Talent Acquisition – Middle East. You will lead the Talent team in providing a pro-active, professional and progressive service to the global business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Talent Development strategy and will provide a range of selection, assessment, induction and development services to a wide and diverse client base.
You will work closely with the HR Director and HRBP’s as well as leaders within the business to support, deliver and embed initiatives which will enable the overall business growth strategy.
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold at least 8 years’ experience as a Leadership Development Specialist in a global MNC.
