My client is a conglomerate business based in Abu Dhabi and they have created this brand new role within their business. The role is for a Director of Total Rewards. The role has an international reach and reports to the Group CHRO.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Candidates must have UAE experience
- Must have past HR Consulting Firm experience as well.
- Someone who is based in the UAE and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Someone who has circa 15+ years experience
- HR Degree or MBA
