Description
Primary responsibilities will be:
* Work with Public Markets team to develop a market-based investing framework, that incorporates positioning, technical, volatility (and other relevant) signals to complement our long-term fundamental views
* Generate investment ideas for the portfolio, across UCITS Funds globally
* Regularly disseminate views and discuss ideas with investment colleagues, both verbally and in writing
* Build and maintain network of top tier buy-side contacts to aid idea generation
* Consistently seek to enhance idea generation process, through building internal and external partnerships, and utilising alternative data sources

Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
* Be able & willing to work in Abu Dhabi;
* Have 10-12 years of experience on the buy-side within equities, AND experience with investments in UCITS - this is key
* Have a degree from a top institution; will ideally have completed an MBA
* Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential
* Be hands-on, detail oriented & able to function in a lean environment
* Have strong communication & stakeholder management skills
* Be able to lead, develop & manage a strong team
* Have excellent attention to detail
