Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Director - Sales & Marketing to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management.

An excellent Director has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.

The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
• Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies
• According to company goals and objectives, always strive to accelerate and encourage the company's growth and success
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
• Implement new customer acquisition strategies
• Manage existing client relationships and understand their requirements to ensure their needs are being met
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service.
• Establish and manage long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Track, measure and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs and develop the sales team in order to meet targets.
• Monitor the performance of commercial activities using key metrics such as expenditures, financial goals and budgets. Prepare reports for senior management
• Set financial targets, and develop budgets annually in coordination with the team

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
• Excellent organizational, time-management skill, and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge gained working in fast-growing startup environment is beneficial
• Training, Education and/or Consultancy experience is preferred
• BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
