Director of Training

Job Purpose
The Director of Training role is to support the overall business strategy and enable the business to grow through the training of employees and DA stakeholders. This role ensures the alignment of all training content with functional, operational and technical business practices in order to ensure employees and stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet individual and company objective and enhance the customer service brand of DA.
Requirements
Qualifications and Education
- You will be educated to a relevant degree level from a reputable University and will hold academic and professional qualifications in Learning and Development.
Experience
- Your 10 years + of experience will have been gained in Human Resources Development in a similar role and you will have used this time to develop relationships at an executive level.
- You will have experience of working within an infrastructure heavy industry in a multi-cultural organization and have experience of directing specialized teams against critical deadlines.
Knowledge
- Communication and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment
- Understanding of the aviation industry is desirable
- Customer service or hospitality training design and deliver is essential
- Understanding of compliance training and requirements
- Ability to design and implement TNA across multi functions
