Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Communicate with Production and Sales Offices and delivery drivers for Deliveries
- Responsible for controlling all Delivery notes
- Responsible to follow up receiving / tracking Signed Delivery notes, Check or Cash upon delivery
- Maintaining Delivery notes soft copy on server
- Responsible for maintaining & updating Dispatch Data on excel and ERP
- Follow up with all Documents & Invoices
- Follow Up on Finished Goods & Purchased Items which are advised for delivery

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience as a dispatch clerk or coordinator
- Experience as a dispatch clerk or coordinator in the manufacturing or chemical engineering or oil and gas sector
- Knowledge of excel and ERP system
- Fluent in English and Hindi, Arabic is an added advantage
- Coordinate with production and sales team to organise deliveries in an efficient and economical manner
