Job description / Role
• Ensure the efficient day to day operations and completion of all delivery requests on time and prepare completion report to be submitted to the sales team & reporting manager
• Responsible for coordinating with Transport, Logistics, Sales & Planning Team concerning the scheduling, loading & unloading details and with the production team for available stock.
Requirements
• Collection/checking (tally of report)/sending to people concerned of Sap DN and attaching the DN docs to the SAP system
• Manual Invoice Preparation for COO Processing (English) & applying online MOE
• Release of Order & Delivery Note Creation
• Shipping Documents Preparation
• Coordination with client on loading and delivery issues
• Coordination with shipping lines
• POSDICON in shipping related issues and trailer
• Container related issues & concerns (dispatch)
• Arranging Trailers & Containers for shipments/deliveries
• Maintain Monitoring of invoices for payments from Shipping Lines & Container Transport and requesting for payment / preparation of LPO for both containers and trailers and following up for cheque payment
