Employment: Full Time

Our client is a boutique law firm based in the DIFC and is a market leader on an international level.

They have offices in the UK and across the GCC region and as a full service firm, their expertise spreads across a broad span of business disciplines and major industries, including real estate, M&A, restructuring, joint ventures and corporate and commercial matters. They also specialise in commercial dispute resolution, covering litigation, mediation and arbitration.
This is a new role and has been created to complement their expanding office and as such, the company is now seeking a qualified and highly professional Dispute Resolution Associate to join the practice.

Day to day responsibilities will involve assisting and managing all aspects of a wide variety of litigation both in the UK and across the Arabian region in general as well as arbitration, contentious regulatory matters and Dubai Court work.

The successful candidate will be expected to work within all these areas and will include writing internal publications, training course administration, legal research, company searches and assisting with documentation and transaction management.

Requirements

In order to apply for this vacancy, you will have a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience well as excellent academic qualifications. You must have strong technical legal and commercial abilities as well as the ability to deliver work effectively and efficiently whilst working to deadlines.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing and must have a willingness to learn within a team environment. You will thrive on delivering excellent service to meet client needs and relish in working within a multi-cultural environment.
