Job description / Role
Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join their growing team in Dubai.
As a Dispute Resolution Associate, you will be assisting in managing all aspects of a wide mixture of litigation (both in the UK and elsewhere), arbitration, contentious regulatory matters and Dubai Court work. Candidate is expected to work in all these areas and will include writing internal publications, training course administration, legal research, company searches and assisting with documentation and transaction management.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have 5-7 years PQE and excellent academic qualifications with strong technical legal and commercial abilities, must be able to deliver work effectively whilst working to deadlines. Successful candidate must be a driven and enthusiastic team player and has willingness to participate in marketing activities and ability to foster long term relationships.
