Dispute Resolution Lawyer - Abu Dhabi - Leading Law Firm
We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our leading law firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and high-profile disputes, representing prestigious clients in the region. This is an exciting role for a talented lawyer looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective case strategies and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background and admission to practice in the UAE.
- Proven experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to represent clients in court and other legal settings.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
