Dispute Resolution Solicitor 2 +

Charterhouse is working with a leading regional Law Firm who is looking to hire a Litigation and Arbitration Associate Lawyer with 2 years PQE + to join its Dubai office, to play a key role in its existing team and work closely with the Partners.

You will be responsible for working closely with well-regarded litigation and arbitration Partners / team in relation to a range of different matters, clients and sector disputes. The Firm / Partners are well established in the region with an excellent reputation and client-base. The work undertaken will be a mixed but cover commercial and construction arbitration matters, in the DIAC, DIFC, ICC and other international arbitration forums.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a common law qualified Solicitor and have demonstrable disputes experience particularly in relation to litigation and arbitration, gained at a well-regarded Law Firm. You should have c.2 years’ PQE + gained at a firm in the UAE / Middle East or with a leading UK, Australian, NZ law firms who is interested in exploring international opportunities and relocating to Dubai.
