Seeking a highly motivated Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in handling complex commercial disputes, with experience in litigation, and arbitration matters.

Description:
- Advising clients on a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including international arbitration, commercial litigation, and regulatory issues
- Managing high-profile cases across various sectors including construction, energy, financial services, and international trade
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, statements of claim, and other procedural documents
- Representing clients in arbitration hearings, court proceedings, and mediations
- Collaborating closely with partners and team members to deliver exceptional legal services

- Strong background in dispute resolution, with a focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation
- 3-6 years PQE
- Qualified in the US, UK, or Canada
- At least 1 year of regional experience in the Middle East
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
