Job description / Role
• Manage distributors and develop sales systems in the territory of SEA, MENA, West Africa and CIS
• Develop and manage a system of distributor management
• Manage a team of sales operations to ensure fulfilment of sales orders
• Provide essential feedback to the head of distribution to update marketing and product development insight
• Operational management of the function as per the company policy
Requirements
• Open to Indian nationality
• Male, 45 years old below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Minimum 10 year of experience in the same role preferably from a retail industry of perfumes, cosmetics, jewelry, or garments
• Must have experience in managing organizations within the European region
• In depth knowledge & direct relationship with key distributors
• Excellent commercial, sales and order management skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
• Good communication and comprehension skills
