Distribution Manager

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Distribution Manager to be based in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for sales & distribution of the company's product within the assigned region.
- Oversee product availability and sales activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Conduct market analysis and research about competitors, customers, and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science is a must.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with pharmaceutical distributors.
- Must have experience in OTC/ consumer healthcare.
- Proven experience as a distribution manager in the UAE market.
- Strong relationship with pharmacy purchasers, chain pharmacy owners & private pharmacies in the UAE.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
