Position Summary

Lead the execution of the Specialist Channel Roadmap across the markets, with a key focus on distributor management through capability development, goal setting and standardized in-store execution.

A day in the life of

Distributor Management:

- Ensure timely execution of SOPs & ICP Milestones, from targets communication to planning activities
- Improve quality of sales by strengthening A.V.A ( availability, visibility & accessibility) : Must Stock Lists discipline, Numeric Coverage , Universe Coverage, Shelf Share %, Shelf Visibility, POSM execution
- Develop distributor capabilities to deliver sustainable growth
- Manage stock cover at distributor level to ensure sufficient coverage & relevant solutions for high stock cover SKUs
- Monitor IMS patterns and opportunities at Brand & Channel level
- Manage PFME & TTS spent by Distributor on Quarterly basis, insuring the relevant accruals are in place

Goal Setting:

- Deploy clear activity calendar by market that meets spent guidance covering: Promos, Sampling, POSM
- Share Quarterly SMART goals to cover must win battles for all sub- channels: Pet Shops, Veterinary Clinics, Breeders & E-Com
- Ensure goals are aligned with ICP, Brand / Channel Plans

Standardized In-store Execution:

- Deploy & report the evolution of POS Toolkit execution in the markets
- Budget & produce sufficient POSM for all markets
- Engage with Brand to develop local solutions and picture of success elements

Market Intelligence:

- Lead new product launches building on market dynamics & local demand
- Present opportunities and gaps through data analysis of different market reports
- Share reports on competitive activities

Requirements

What will make you successful:

- 2-3 Years in sales roles, diversified set of customers is appreciated
- University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management)
- Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is highly preferred
- Successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results
- Ability to execute a well-defined roadmap
- An intrapreneur who is self-motivated and wanting to make a difference
- Ability to enable results through others and influence with integrity
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PPT, etc.)
