District Manager

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is looking for an experienced District Manager for a market leading luxury retail company which will be based in Dubai, UAE. Your main role is to enhance customer satisfaction, exceed sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

* Drives region wide database growth & puts mechanisms in place for stores to build long term relationships with key customers
* Influences the business customer service culture through challenge of existing standards and identifying steps for improvement.
* Coach, train and motivate store managers
* Recruit and induct all new store managers within own district
* Creating an area succession plan
* Be a brand ambassador

Requirements

* 5+ years of proven experience as a manager in a luxury fashion retail industry handling multi-store
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Desired to be an Arabic speaker but not required
* Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
* Can travel extensively in the region
* Have previous experience in retail operations in Saudi Arabia
