Dive Technician

Job description / Role

• Appointed to carry out the diving equipment maintenance, testing, repairs, and recertification according to IMCA guidelines and Technical Manager/Dive Technician. Primary responsibility will be ensuring our dive teams' safety and reliability by guaranteeing they are equipped with well-maintained gear.
• Will be responsible for supporting the team in conducting periodic maintenance tasks, conducting necessary tests, and performing repairs on our diving equipment. This involves following our company procedures and adhering to industry guidelines to ensure the safety and functionality of the equipment.
• Support managing the inventory of the diving store. This includes assisting with stock replenishment of spare parts and consumables, documenting inventory levels, and processing related paperwork.
• Involved in various logistical aspects of diving operations. This includes assisting in the preparation and organization of diving equipment and resources required, as well as facilitating their mobilization, demobilization, and receipt.
• Utilize relevant IT tools to report on job maintenance activities and update the preventive maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures.
• Service diving hats / helmets.
• Maintain/repair electronics.
• Maintain/repair hydraulics.

• Shall have completed and Dive Technician Course have an in-date certificate for DSI Kirby Morgan Helmet Maintenance Technician course.
• High School /Technical Engineering Diploma
• Basic Literacy and English communication skills.
• 5-6 YEARS - Years of experience
