Employment: Full Time

Job purpose & Scope:
Design Develop implement robust sale strategy for the Furniture Business to consistently deliver profitable growth to the division by ensuring Sales targets are met regularly.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Develop and deliver sales plan & strategies to improve market share in all product lines in conjunction with General Manager.
• Plan and ensure business expansion by addition of new products and venturing into new untapped territories.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, consumer segments on a continuous basis and achieve increased market share and revenues.
• Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and work along with the sales team to achieve the set targets and achieve Division profits.
• Interpret short- and long-term effects of sales strategies in operating profit.
• Plan inventory to help serve the customer demands on a timely and efficient manner
• Build strong MIS systems for tracking, reporting and analyzing market trends to help initiate appropriate action plans.
• Design process to manage credit market by setting up limits for each client and ensuring timely collections.
• Train Mentor and manage sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of presentation strategies, new account sales and growth and sales of emerging products.
• To ensure the policies and procedures of the company are adhered to and ensure all employees are aware and comply with including SAP, legal, Quality processes etc
• Build productive and profitable business relationships with key customers and partners and service all orders and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree from a reputed university.
• Minimum 10 years experience with 5 years in a similar role in a similar industry with Exposure to GCC market
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic and Analytical skills
• Decision making and problem solving skills.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English & Arabic
