Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Maintain the working of DLP Servers and DLP Clients across the organization’s units and ensure the DLP servers compliance to internal and external requirements.
• Keeping the DLP application up and running with minimum downtime.
• Maintaining the asset register for the DLP application servers.
• Planning and performing DLP infrastructure upgrade with least impact to other inline infrastructure.
• Manage DLP Incidents - identify, manage and escalate incidents logged by the DLP solution.
• Review and escalate incidents in accordance with established incident handling process flow and response plan.
• Planning and scheduling scans with least impact to Organization IT infrastructure.
• Testing and implementing new use cases in the DLP infrastructure.
• Providing technical inputs for DLP related controls to new and existing projects of the organization.
• Performing system review and capacity planning based on the infrastructure utilization.
• Performing annual review of configured rules for checking relevancy and effectiveness of the DLP controls.
• Identifying and updating rules for decreasing number of False Positive incidents generated by the system.
• Planning and executing infrastructure expansion for DLP system based on business requirement.
• Develop and create reports for DLP activities as per the DLP process calendar for documenting the various DLP activities.
• Performing data at rest scans and publish scan result reports as per approved schedule.
• Assist business users in resolving queries regarding DLP incidents and process.
• Compile SLA reports for international location based on approved data points.
• Handling and resolving data leakage related incidents reported in the various solution used in the organization.
• Handling and reviewing of incident reports.
• Troubleshooting DLP endpoint agent issues.
• Performing and documenting health checks for DLP servers.
• Maintaining endpoint agent compliance including international locations.
• Identifying and reporting any gaps identified during DLP incident monitoring process.
• Testing new use cases for DLP infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise from an incomplete scan, scan related performance issues, email and network traffic related performance issue.
• Maintaining documents like SOP, KB articles, issue register.
• Continuous fine tuning of DLP policies and response rule for optimum infrastructure utilization.
• Provide assessment and audit support during internal and external audits.
• Report common and repeat problems to management, propose process and technical Improvements.
• Providing hands-on training for DLP Users
• Creating and providing end-user training.
• Hands on experience with Azure environment, MS-AIP data classification, AIP Digital Rights Management.
• Perform daily health check of DLP servers and agents and highlight the issues to admin team for fix.
• Ensure all desktops and laptops across organization’s locations have DLP agents installed and have the latest configuration and policy are updated.
• Periodically review DLP policies and ensure all policies are working as intended.
• Periodically review DLP policies and ensure all policies are working as intended.
• Ensure reports are generated timely and shared with respective stakeholders for process compliance.
• Ensure DLP exception requests are reviewed and relevant approvals are obtained before whitelisting in the policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience
• Bachelor's Graduate
• Someone who will be responsible to maintain the DLP solution application and infrastructure in addition to identify, manage, review, and escalate incidents logged by the DLP solution in accordance with established incident and response process and monitor DLP incident.
